    • End to end reviews of children's social care services focusing on the extent to which children and families receive the right help at the right time: from the front door to preventative work with families through support for looked after children or adoption
    • Work with the three local authorities and the Health Board in a region to develop operational procedures that are compliant with the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act
    • Work with an adult social care directorate to develop their vision statement and business planning arrangements and support to develop new operational delivery models and partnerships
