Support to develop leadership around the Social Services & Well-being (Wales) Act

IPC has developed a set of leadership resources for learning facilitators to help strategic leaders, managers and Regional Partnership Boards working across Wales understand their duties and responsibilities under the new Social Services & Well-being (Wales) Act.

Five Modules focus on different aspects of the Act, including ‘Cooperation and Partnership’ and ‘Strategic Transformation’, and aim to support the strategic planning of services that meet the Act’s requirements, in particular the National Well-being Outcomes. They each include a set of PowerPoint slides with suggested group discussions, points of reflection and examples that facilitators can use either in their entirety or select from to tailor individual workshops to the needs of participants.
