Course Administrator

Chris is responsible for providing the comprehensive administration behind our portfolio of accredited training and development programmes. Her role encompasses, for each course, every part of the Oxford Brookes University accreditation process.

Before joining IPC in 2011, Chris was a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She has also been HR and training manager for two local authorities, two technology companies and a multi-national business. Chris has also run her own HR and training consultancy, working with not-for-profit organisations, charities and the voluntary sector.

Her role as course administrator includes a wide range of day-to-day administration from initial marketing to the final certificate award. A key part is student support and progression, including mitigating circumstances applications, assignment submissions and results release via the University’s virtual learning environment.
