Philip Provenzano

Assistant Director

Philip takes a keen interest in the development of effective organisational cultures and transformational change.  He has led a wide range of service re-design projects, many requiring an element of integration with other organisations.

Before joining IPC in 2002, Philip worked for twenty years for local government in a variety of departments including environmental health, parks and recreation, social services, and chief executives’ departments.

In the course of pursuing his interest in the development of effective organisational cultures and the leadership and management styles that support successful transformational change, Philip has explored the development of ‘whole systems’ and organisational cultures that support the introduction of outcome-based commissioning and service delivery.
