Usha Boolaky

Usha has experience supporting health, social care and education clients. Her specific areas of expertise include organisational development, integration, working at the interface between health and social care, improving clinical engagement, service transformation, policy development, and research.

Having joined IPC in 2008, Usha has worked extensively across England and Wales with local authorities, NHS organisations, the Department of Health, the Welsh Government, the Department for Education plus health and social care providers.

Usha has authored a number of papers and is also an experienced facilitator and coach. She has a specialist interest in Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and in supporting people to access the right care at the right time, particularly around end of life care and carer’s support. She supports the MND Association as a professional mentor on their care and support materials and in a voluntary capacity at a local level to raise awareness of the issues local people face in accessing care and support.
