Professor Keith Moultrie leads the IPC team to deliver the highest quality work for our clients

Long experience of public care management and practice gives us a real insight into the complexities of managing services and specialist knowledge in adults' and children's services, housing, health care and information management.

Keith has 20 years experience leading applied research, development and implementation projects across health and social services, and 10 years experience in social care management and practice.
