Advanced Diploma in Leading Care Services

A unique course to help managers of care services and owners of care businesses provide leadership in a tough climate.

This course addresses the everyday challenges of growing a sustainable business, recruiting the right staff, and meeting inspection criteria.

Team Manager Development Programme for Wales

This programme is designed specifically to help front-line managers and senior practitioners to improve the management of practice quality in their teams.

IPC has been commissioned by the Social Services Improvement Agency to deliver this programme for social care team managers across Wales.

It is accredited by Oxford Brookes University and successful completion leads to a Postgraduate Certificate in Managing Practice Quality in Social Care, worth 60 Credit Accumulation and Transfer Scheme (CATS) points at Level 7.
