Designed in collaboration with a consortium of care sector employers, and taught by experienced care practitioners, the Advanced Diploma in Leading Care Services addresses the everyday challenges now facing managers of care services, such as how to grow a sustainable business, how to recruit the right staff, and how to meet inspection criteria.
Uniquely, it combines the perspectives of commissioners, business owners and care users to give a 360° view of the new care market.
