Integrated Performance Management
Service users are the people who are most affected by either good or poor performance of public care services. By having the right arrangements in place you will help to make sure that services are effective and efficient.
This four day course will give you the tools and skills you need to implement performance management effectively within your own service, and in interagency and multidisciplinary settings.
