Evaluation & Research

Our clients are under increasing pressure to demonstrate the difference that services make to people's lives whilst also delivering 'more for less'.

What difference do you make?

We can help you understand whether the right resources deliver the right outcomes to the right people, and support you to use these insights to design and implement significant service improvements.

We make sure that the learning gained through our work together is embedded into your organisation so you can continue to monitor and review what you do, rather than rely on external support.

Here are some examples of what we have done:

  • Analyses of pathways into residential care to identify the right support to help older people to continue living at home
  • Studies of people who fund their own care, assessing their likely need for financial and practical support in the future
  • Reviews of literature on what interventions work in securing better outcomes for children with emerging problems and reducing the need for intensive care services
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of a preventive, signposting service for older people using monitoring data, interviews and surveys
  • We regularly carry out applied research in emerging policy areas to provide robust evidence for service redesign
