Join us for our second major Learning event of 2017.  We will explore how effective performance management arrangements can support the work of your organisation in its effort to manage demand across health and social care systems.

The event will reference the recently published Six Steps to Managing Demand in Adult Social Care: A Performance Management Approach by John Bolton and Philip Provenzano which explores the development of clear strategies for managing demand and the data analysis required to understand impact.

Presentations and discussions will be led by IPC colleagues and external speakers to explore:

  • What does a demand management focused organisation look like?
  • What should we be counting, and why?
  • The art and discipline of performance management
  • Developing and supporting an effective performance management culture

We will draw on participants experiences and learning in this area through short “show and tell” presentations, focused discussions and informal networking.

Places cost £225 inclusive of VAT.

Current IPC Partnership members have a maximum of 4 free places, additional places are provided at a discounted rate.

Current IPC Network members have a maximum of 1 free place, additional places are provided at a discounted rate.
