Our specialist coaches provide the space you need to think about your personal and organisational effectiveness during a period of fundamental change. The evidence base of coaching shows that it can build personal confidence, resolve conflicts, motivate and focus staff, and support change.
We work with senior managers in public care, including directors and strategic managers of local authorities, central government policy makers, managers of provider services and within the NHS or other organisations.
How we coach
Our approach is developmental. We agree a 'coaching contract' to establish the right learning outcomes for you and your organisation. Then we offer as many as six meetings to achieve those outcomes with built-in progress reviews. Our coaching is centred on the needs of the coachee with the aim of improving performance.
