Working for IPC

We are always interested in hard working, talented people who can make a difference. If you want to work for an outstanding university institute that has a positive impact on people’s health and wellbeing then join us. Find out more about IPC.

As well as salaried staff, we employ associates. IPC Associates are used to supplement the portfolio of skills and experience of our salaried colleagues. IPC Associates work on a freelance basis on specific projects or areas of expertise. We are looking for IPC Associates for the key areas of our work:

  • People with good research and data analysis skills to support our applied research and evaluation.
  • People with a background in children’s or adults’ social care or health services, and experience of working in consultancy or in supporting organisational development and change.
  • People with experience of designing and delivering skills development programmes.
  • In particular, we would be very pleased to hear from anyone who is bilingual in Welsh and English as we are looking for an Associate Tutor to deliver our skills development programmes across Wales.
