Digital Social Care launches technical helpline for social care providers during coronavirus pandemic
Digital Social Care has set up a new helpline to support the adult social care sector to use technology during the COVID-19 outbreak. The aim of the helpline is to provide technical advice so that you can continue to provide care to those who need it during the outbreak.
Over the coming weeks as the pandemic continues, we are expecting an increase in people using technology and needing technical help and support. We encourage all providers who need advice to get in touch with Digital Social Care by calling 0208 133 3430 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
IPC is working with Digital Social Care, collecting feedback from the helpline and undertaking action research to rapidly collate best practice on how technology is being used in the sector. We will then share our findings and what helps to support you to use technology during this difficult time.
