New Director for IPC

Fiona Richardson has become the Interim Director of IPC for the coming year following the change of role for Keith Moultrie. Fiona has worked for IPC for 20 years, latterly as Assistant Director. She brings to the Director role an extensive understanding of how best to support the development of managers and practitioners from all sectors in public care.

Keith will step back from Directing the Institute but continue working very regularly for us as an Associate. He will continue to oversee and work on projects and liaise with clients for the foreseeable future. There will be no immediate change to his role in existing projects and he will of course retain his existing email and other contact details.

Fiona paid tribute to Keith as the outgoing Director:

“Keith has been a very successful Director of IPC, and his leadership has enhanced the Institute’s reputation with our clients. Keith’s vision and skill has helped to propel IPC to be a very well established, well-regarded and trusted brand for consultancy, evaluation and knowledge-transfer activity supporting all public services for people.”
