Graeme McLaren

Graeme brings over 20 years’ experience in local and regional government, and in the voluntary and community sectors, to his role at IPC. Graeme leads and delivers a range of organisational change and development programmes, with a particular focus on commissioning and market shaping. Graeme is also a skilled and qualified facilitator and coach with a wealth of experience of supporting individual and organisational development.

During 10 years at IPC, Graeme has worked with clients across the UK and Ireland, focussed on adult social care, children’s services, health, housing, and substance misuse. His work has addressed recurrent themes of change, collaboration, co-production, early intervention and prevention, effective leadership and management. Graeme is particularly interested in collaborative whole system approaches and understands the complexities of partnership working in pursuit of the best outcomes for citizens.
