Jonathan Gardam
Visiting Research Fellow
Jonathan has extensive experience and expertise in leading and coordinating high level policy and research analysis, project management, performance management, business development and campaigning activity on behalf of organisations working within the health and social care sector.
Before joining IPC as an Associate Consultant in 2019, Jonathan worked as a Policy Officer for Care England and the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS), delivering policy advice, briefings, presentations and campaigning activity on behalf of local government and independent sector care providers regarding national health and social care policy and practice. Prior to that he had many years experience as a Business Planning Manager and Performance Manager for a London borough and a county council.
