Lynne has over 30 years’ experience of special needs education (SEN) in a variety of roles and settings. Prior to joining IPC she was inclusion manager in a mainstream secondary school, established county wide inclusive provision for children with language impairment, worked with families and trained teachers to facilitate successful transition back into school for excluded pupils, reviewed SEN provision in schools and delivered training for a national children’s charity.
Lynne works for IPC on projects aimed at evaluating and improving support for children and families with particular expertise in interviewing. She continues to enjoy working directly with young people facing challenges, conducting developmental school reviews and helping school leaders develop their skills, confidence and resilience.
