Lynda Bull

Lynda is qualified social worker and an experienced local authority senior manager with over 30 years’ experience of working in statutory social care. She has been an assistant director with prime responsibility for children’s services and has been the corporate director of adult social services in two other authorities, alongside responsibility for an extensive range of community services, including housing, community safety, and leisure.

Lynda has a strong experience and interest in managing complex organisational change to improve performance; believing that confident, engaged leadership is key to successfully managing change and has always enjoyed working with individuals and management teams at all levels to strengthen their leadership role. She has an extensive range of experience in working with partners, particularly health colleagues.

Lynda became an Associate Consultant with IPC in April 2016 and has worked on projects that have focussed on developing leadership skills, supporting managers and facilitating staff engagement to develop new ways of working.
