Associates
We employ freelance Associates to supplement the portfolio of skills and experience of our salaried colleagues. Our Associates work on a self-employed basis on specific projects or areas of expertise. We are also looking for Associates for these key areas of our work:
- People with experience of managing primary or community mental health teams.
- People who have experience of managing social work teams in Wales and speak Welsh. If you've been a social care team or service manager and are interested in undertaking consultancy projects or delivering our leadership development programmes across Wales then we would like to talk to you.
- People who have experience of supporting the social care sector to safely achieve the benefits of digital technology.
