Narinder Saggu

Narinder has significant operational and strategic experience working in the Public Sector including roles within Social Care, Education and Scrutiny. Prior to joining IPC, Narinder was the Head of Strategic Commissioning at Birmingham Children’s Trust undertaking needs analysis, Sufficiency Planning and developing commissioning intentions for a range of children’s support services including children in care, disabled children and family support. She also has experience of Regional Frameworks working collaboratively with 14 West Midlands local authorities.

In 2022, Narinder was a key player in the project team that secured significant investment from the government’s Digital Fund, for the development of a new Placements Portal to be used by West Midlands local authorities. As Joint Product Owner she then progressed the discovery, design, prototyping and development of the new system through user-centred methodologies.
