Paul has worked as an Associate at IPC since 2009. With many years’ experience, he has worked with local authority members, senior managers and health professionals on a wide range of consultancy projects as well as tutoring on the University’s accredited postgraduate course in commissioning and purchasing as well as our Team Manager Development Programme.

Prior to joining IPC, Paul had an extensive background in planning, management and commissioning at a senior level across health and social care. He has been a member of senior management teams in a London borough and at county level where he led important change programmes in local authorities and public health. Paul has managed 3rd sector commissioning and the implementation of wellbeing programmes across various tiers of government. He has a broad experience of staff development and coaching across disciplines. His last local authority/NHS post was as Deputy Director of Public Health at West Sussex County Council.
