Sue Cooper

Sue is a qualified and registered social work professional who has a long history in local government and social care. Before joining IPC Sue worked in a variety of roles and most recently as a Statutory Corporate Director of Social Services and Wellbeing for a Welsh local authority.

Sue has led several large transformation programmes across both adult and children's services. She is committed to health and social care integrated approaches and collaborative working and has led significant projects in this field. Sue has a strong value base and customer care focus and is committed to outcome focussed care planning and commissioning.

Sue is using her knowledge and experience as a tutor and coach on the Post Graduate Management Development Programme for Wales. She has also supported a range of projects including hospital discharge and commissioning and carers.
