Tutu Adebiyi

Tutu is a business strategist and leadership coach. She has over 20 years of strategic leadership and management experience including working with public sector procurers and commissioners to support equitable approaches to commissioning small and minoritised enterprises.

Tutu has experience of supporting the development and delivery of social change through employment, education, skills and capacity-building programmes targeted at under-served individuals and small enterprises’ growth and sustainability. She is also a project officer on the Social Care Wales evidence-based research supporting the development of a leadership offer to the minority ethnic workforce in social care.
