We are committed to developing a diverse, equal and ​truly inclusive workplace and community. Celebrating ​difference is the right thing to do. It will also help us ​with our aim: to improve the health and wellbeing of ​citizens and communities. We developed the Get ​Experience in Applied Research (GEAR) programme to ​support early career researchers and post-graduate ​students at Oxford Brookes University who are from an ​ethnically diverse background.
