Call for evidence - reports that provide insight into the experience of vulnerable adults

We are looking for any reports - unpublished as well as published - that will provide insight into the experience of vulnerable adults when communicating virtually regarding their care, such as formal assessments. We are particularly interested in the digital exclusion of citizens and carers and the practical issues associated with access to digital technology. The project is undertaken by IPC and Oxford Brookes University.
