In 2019 the Wales Centre for Public Policy (WCPP) worked with IPC to undertake a review of international evidence on approaches to managing placement provision for children and young peopled looked. The final report is available on the WCPP website. This report complements the main report with additional details of the arrangements in the different countries we reviewed.
