This ground-breaking IPC evaluation for Welsh Government explores the extent to which parents with a learning disability are over-represented within Children's Social Care Services and the factors driving patterns of involvement of parents with learning disability with Children's Social Care Services in Wales. It also explores good practice and areas of practice where there may be room for improvement in work with and support for parents with learning disability.
