Åsa Johnsson Humphries

A registered social worker, Åsa graduated in social work from Örebro University in Sweden and gained an MSc in Public Sector Management from Aston University Business School.
Åsa joined IPC in 2010, and her particular focus has been on performance management, strategy and commissioning. Through her work, she has developed a wealth of knowledge and skills in undertaking service reviews and transformation projects, and she has a firm commitment to improving outcomes for service users and their families. Åsa is a qualified coach and brings expertise in staff development though mentoring, coaching, action learning and teaching. She is the module lead for our postgraduate Team Manager Development Programme for Wales.
