The numbers of children going into care is rising. The recently published Independent Review of Children's Social Care May 2022, is calling for "more responsive, respectful and effective support" delivered by multi-disciplinary teams. Our evaluation of 3 new ‘edge of care’ services demonstrates the value of working in this way to help families care for their children at home and prevent family breakdown.
