In this discussion paper - How Can Care Providers Learn From Safeguarding Adult Reviews - we identify issues from a review of 60 recently published Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SARs) that may be relevant for adult social care providers. We suggest that, bearing in mind the number of issues we have identified, it would be a good idea to establish a more formal national mechanism to identify and share with care services the most relevant learning from SARs across the country.
