The Institute of Public Care (IPC) collaborated with Dorset Council to evaluate the effectiveness of the Dorset Children Thrive model. Through extensive sampling and interviews, IPC delivered a comprehensive report, guiding the development of children’s services in Dorset, especially under the Families First for Children initiative.
