IPC’s first regional Social Care Team Manager Development Programme in Wales

We are delighted to be working with Neath Port Talbot on the first regional Social Care Team Manager Development Programme in Wales. Commencing March 2025, the programme is a national leadership development course delivered by IPC.

For more than ten years, IPC has been delivering the Team Manager Development Programme across Wales for social care managers and aspiring managers. It is a comprehensive 13-month programme, designed specifically for team managers and senior practitioners in social care settings. It equips participants with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance practice quality, manage teams effectively and handle change successfully within their organisations. It is a recommended post-qualifying programme for social work managers in Wales, and we are pleased to be offering it on a regional basis for the first time across Neath Port Talbot.

If you would like to discuss options for regional programmes within England or Wales then please contact: Dr Caroline Dowson at carolinedowson@brookes.ac.uk for more information.
