Structural Racism Within Social Care

In 2024, IPC was delighted to engage with people working within social care in Wales from the global majority to explore the extent of structural racism. We were privileged to be welcomed into communities where we could collectively consider enablers and barriers to employment within the wider social care arena. To understand the under-representation of those from the global majority across Wales, IPC undertook a series of engagement events with people working in the sector.
