Chris has led on the implementation of Individual Service Funds (ISFs) and the NHS equivalent, Third Party Personal Health budgets with local authorities and clinical commissioning groups across England. This work has included supporting the availability of ISFs within a number of settings including:
- Homecare
- Supported Living
- Micro Providers
- Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations
- Independent broker organisations
He is presently a Fellow at the Centre for Welfare Reform and a Fellow at the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
