Obert’s expertise includes translating research evidence into practice, stakeholder engagement across complex systems, and supporting the development and delivery of national programmes aimed at improving adult social care outcomes. He has a strong interest in implementation science and the use of evidence to support meaningful and sustainable change in services. He holds a PhD in Sociological Studies, with research experience focused on migration, families and care systems.
Prior to joining IPC, Obert worked for IMPACT, at the University of Birmingham where he contributed to national-level research and implementation work in adult social care.
