Carmarthenshire Council - Outline Service Specification Framework for Mid and West Wales Domestic Abuse Services

This Framework sets out the standards and (minimum) expectations required for the delivery of domestic abuse services across Mid and West Wales. Services will be commissioned to meet the three key purposes of the Violence against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (Wales) Act 2015, namely prevention, protection and support. This specification framework is for domestic abuse services targeting all levels of need.
