Social Care Innovations

Report | March 2017

Hampshire and the Isle of Wight were one of the pioneering Innovation Programmes in England, trialling new approaches to tackling child sexual exploitation; deploying volunteers to work alongside social workers; better utilising administrative support; helping adolescents on the edge of care; and developing multi-disciplinary teams to work with vulnerable families. This evaluation report explores the extent to which each of these innovation elements worked and what were the cost benefits.
