Gerry is a qualified social worker with extensive experience in strategic commissioning, change management, and partnership development. He has a broad range of experience in local authority, NHS and third sector settings.
An associate consultant with IPC since 2014, Gerry has a background in strategic commissioning and managing change in health and social care settings. His particular strengths lie in partnership working, community engagement, service review and development, change management, group facilitation and training.
Before joining IPC, Gerry was a senior manager in a Welsh local authority / NHS setting, leading the development of joint commissioning arrangements and integrated service models. He has managed a variety of complex service and capital development programmes including the design, construction and implementation of an innovative health and social care facility in a rural community.
